SHIPPING POLICY
SPPAROW OFFERS SHIPPING TO ALL PINCODES IN INDIA
Since we update our inventories with new designs and numerous styles , All our products are available on preorder except the articles with tag "Instant ship" .
Delivery time on all preorder products is currently 10-15 working days , All other requisites and duties of international shipping shall be borne by SPPAROW and is included in your invoice total !
Once the order is placed it takes 5-7 working days in processing after which they are shipped for transit to our Domestic Dispatch warehouse ! Transit takes another 5-12 working days and after reaching domestic warehouse it takes another 2-5 days to deliver with domestic courier partner according to customer's delivery pin code .
Your total shipping time is Processing time + Transit time + Domestic Shipping time
Unexpected Delays In Clearances might occur in certain cases in which delivery time may extend .In such case SPPAROW cannot be held accountable and since all products are on preorder no refund will be issued after order is made and transited.
Once order is placed , we cannot make any alterations to the time periods already mentioned in the policy , We suggest every customer to read shipping policy before placing the order , as orders cannot be cancelled, post 48 hours of order placement !
Our store does not provide any original payment method refunds , all the refunds are made in store credit from !
However if the order is unexpectedly delayed or stuck in transit for longer period of time then then you will be notified , If order is not delivered due to transit delay or any unexpected cause then you will be notified and the amount worth your order will be credited as Gift card .
Please note-
1. Some Products have Tag of Different Delivery Guideline in their description which are not adhere to this time period mentioned.
2.Your Order status will remain "processing' , 'unfulfilled' or 'Confirmed' until it does not reach Domestic warehouse ! Once the shipment is connected to domestic courier partner after reaching Domestic Warehouse First update of shipping notification with tracking ID will be shared to you Via Email and SMS! Hence, Customer may not get any notification before domestic shipping !
3. Saturday's , Sunday's and Festive or Public holidays are excluded from Working days .

4. If your tracking status shows delivered and the shipment is not delivered to you still then please inform us within 72 hours or raise a dispute from tracking ID provided , We can only help in such case if you email and inform us within 72 hours of delivery email / SMS received otherwise no dispute can be raised .
If you inform within 72 hours then one of our executive will guide you through the process and your amount will be compensated once proved that parcel was wrongly delivered .
Locations of delivery:
Metros: Please allow 2-4 working days for the courier to be delivered post dispatch
Non-Metros and Interiors: Please allow 4-6 working days for the courier to be delivered post dispatch. We Use Premium FEDEX AND DTDC Services and you will receive tracking details by SMS Upon Dispatch.
We SPPAROW cannot be held accountable for unforeseen weather conditions , custom clearance processes, and courier company caused delay in delivery time and pickup. However, we will ensure to keep you well informed in case of any unforeseen delay with your order.
