We urge you to please read the details of the products before buying - We do not offer cash / original payment method or bank refunds and we also urge and request customers to take un boxing video proof every time a order is delivered showing shipping mark and details initially. This is will act as a great proof in any case of miss happening.

we only offer returns if the item / product received-

- is wrong item / product than what has ordered. ( unboxing or images need to be sent within 24 hours to info@spparow.in)
- has size issue . ( in such case you can return the product and place a new order with store credit )
- has a quality or any other issue !
Footwears are non-returnable and could be returned only if received in bad quality or damaged ! Kindly measure your foot size and compare it with the size guide given in the product description !
After placing return request our team will review it ! once you get the confirmation our team will arrange the pickup for the item , once received at the warehouse after inspection a refund will be issued in the form of store credit valid up to an year since the date of issue !
