  • The procedure for exchanging and returning the product is same , To  exchange a product you need to First place a Return Request  also mention the reason of the return or exchange if you need and upload a proof ( if any).

  • Fill in your order details after opening the above link.
  • After your order status page opens , Click on given tracking ID number or tracking link  . 

  • Your order tracking page will open click on "REQUEST RETURN" button under the status "Delivered"

IF YOUR ORDER IS DELIVERED YOU CAN REQUEST RETURN / EXCHAGE FOR ELIGIBLE PRODUCTS FROM -  REQUEST RETURN  (CLICK HERE)
(Please fill in your AWB Tracking ID sent to you on SMS or Email , Then click on "track now " button , the delivered status will appear under which you can "Request Return") 
Please note - Returns are only processed if the return request is placed for eligible products within the eligible time period .
