GIFTCARD REFUNDS

HOW TO USE GIFTCARD - For any purchased or refund gift cards please follow the procedure below to use it during purchase.
1. Make sure that you are checking out and logged in with the same account email to which gift card has been issued in case of refunds .
If you have purchased the gift card then you can use it through any email id account login .
2. Add the product to cart and proceed to checkout and payments . To use giftcard please check your email inbox's all folder , an email with giftcard code is already sent to you while the time of issuance .
3. Copy the giftcard confidential code and use it during processing payments by filling it in discounts or GIFTCARD column.
4. In case if your billed amount is more than your giftcard balance then you can pay the overdue using any other payments option, but in case if billed amount is less then the giftcard balance then remaining amount in the giftcard is reusable until due date .
GIFTCARD RULES -
- Once purchased or issued gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled.
- If Any order placed through gift cards is exchanged or returned then the amount is only refundable to the gift card or a new gift card can be issued in certain cases with the same due date.
- Gift card due dates cannot be extended , hence all gift cards should be used before the due date mentioned in the issuing email received.
